Outdoors First Aid Training

Outdoors First Aid Training Manchester offer the new First Aid at Work combined with remote outdoor practical sessions at a very affordable price. This course would suit individuals who work mainly outdoors, such as Outdoor Pursuits Instructors, forestry Commission workers etc. This course is run in accordance with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. The course is run over 3 days and includes both theory and practical sessions, in a relaxed training environment.

Syllabus Includes:

• First Aid Priorities
• Managing Incidents
• Basic Life Support
• Examination of a casualty 
• Unconsciousness
• Control of bleeding
• Burns & Scalds
• Regulations
• First Aid Kits
• Recording & Reporting

Successful students will receive a certificate valid for 3 years upon completion of the course, once deemed as competent, there is no final examination as continual assessment is gauged throughout the course.  

This course can be run on your business premises, an outdoor venue will be arranged by the course provider.   

Course costs.

Individual prices £190 per person, group prices 8 - 12 people £1280. Cost includes, refreshments, certification and a first aid manual for each student.
