how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to

The term mental illness covers a very broad range of mental health problems which
can involve changes to our thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships with
others. Mental illnesses are associated with distress and problems functioning
in our day-to-day lives (social, work, family etc.)… Mental illness is treatable.
